Terms of Service
These terms govern access to the Gurkhasoft ecosystem and establish a binding legal and technical agreement for all clients and users.
02 Intellectual Property
All service content, proprietary frameworks, and system components remain the exclusive property of Gurkhasoft and its licensors.
03 Limitation of Liability
Gurkhasoft is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Max indemnity: min(service fees over 12 months, USD 100000)
04 Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for policy violations. Data export window: 30 days post-termination.
05 Governing Law
These terms are governed by the jurisdiction of operation and remain enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
